Soon after the new year (2017), I met a beautiful couple to talk about all things wedding. This beautiful couple was Katie and Kirk. I learned that they’ll be getting married at one of my favorite venues close to home; Tulpehocken Manor, on September 8th of 2018.

Katie and Kirk plan on their wedding being a simple, yet elegant backyard wedding with yummy BBQ, lots of laughs, and great company. Lavender will be accented by plum, mint, green, and blush; a color palette that I can not wait to photograph!

Katie and Kirk met while they were in high school; Kirk a senior at ELCO, and Katie a junior at Cedar Crest. He asked her to marry him while they were vacationing in Tennessee (my future home, lol!). It took place at the Looking Glass waterfall. Wow, can you imagine? The views, Katie’s ring (that I’m seriously obsessed with), and a waterfall. P.E.R.F.E.C.T.

Congratulations, you guys! I am so excited to photograph what I know is going to be an absolutely stunning wedding day. Thank you for the honor! Xoxo!
