Amanda & Shane went to the same high school, but never really hung out due to there being around 1,000 students per grade. They coincidentally hung out with a group of friends 2 weeks before going to college, and they both were starting at Penn State. They briefly talked at the hang out, but nothing more than a few minutes. They both got to move into their dorms early, so they went to the dining halls a few times together so that they wouldn’t have to go alone. Then, the first few nights out, they combined groups with their freshmen year roommates. That’s when the flirting began and by the time Thanksgiving break came around, they were basically dating. By Christmas break, they were official!

The Proposal
Brunch in Rittenhouse Square, popping champagne and celebrating with their families until 2AM pretty much sums up Shane’s thoughtful proposal to Amanda. 🍾

The Wedding
Amanda & Shane will be getting married at the Inn at Leola Village in Leola, PA on July 26, 2024. They could not be more excited to get married and celebrate their love!
