How Their Story Began
Kiersten & Jake met in college through mutual friends; Bloomsburg University, to be exact. He lived below her best friend in the apartments and everybody said they’d be cute together. Well everybody, we have to agree with you – they are absolutely perfect together!

We have to give a shout-out to our super talented photographer-friend, Sarah Canning Photography! Sarah is Jake’s sister and she sent them our way, and we are so incredibly thankful.

The Proposal
Kiersten ended up getting COVID right before Christmas (she was asymptomatic) and Jake had to quarantine. With that said, he had A LOT of time to plan the proposal. They went out to lunch in Hershey and afterwards went to Hershey Gardens. He proposed right outside at the pavilion and Kiersten’s mom was there along with Sarah, who was there to photograph it. The ring is his grandmother’s diamond, which is so special.

The Wedding
Kiersten & Jake will be getting married at Historic Acres of Hershey on June 23rd, 2023. They are so excited to have all of their family members and friends together to celebrate their marriage.
