How Their Story Began
Lauren and Matt went to Alvernia University in Reading, PA and met during their freshman year. It was during their sophomore year that they went to a party with a bunch of friends and walked home together. At one point that night Matt sneakily wrote his phone number out in toothpicks on Lauren’s table. Living with a bunch of other girls in one pod, she had no idea that it was actually a message from Matt to her. Once it was known that Matt was interested in Lauren, they eventually began dating during their sophomore year.

The Proposal
Matt’s proposal was planned out for a long time and it took place at a beautiful sunflower garden at an agricultural center in Maryland in September of 2018. After the proposal, they threw a housewarming/engagement party to celebrate.

Lauren & Matt adore their puppy Tucker that they welcomed home back in February. They love taking him swimming, hanging out with their families, and going to Orioles and Ravens games.

The Wedding
They’ll be tying the knot at the beautiful Historic Ashland in Wrightsville, PA on October 10th, 2020. Goodness, we can’t wait to hang out with them again and celebrate their sweet love!
