There’s something truly magical about spring—the fresh blooms, the soft golden light, and the feeling of new beginnings in the air. Jess & Fil’s engagement session captured all of that and more. It was one of those evenings that makes you stop and soak it all in—the kind that reminds us just how lucky we are to do what we do.

Their home, nestled among the trees, was bursting with soft pink and white blossoms. It looked like a scene straight out of a storybook, and we couldn’t have dreamed up a more romantic backdrop for their engagement photos. We love when couples choose a location that’s meaningful to them, and being able to photograph them in their own space made everything feel so relaxed and personal.

Jess and Fil are the kind of couple you instantly feel at ease around. They’re playful, kind, and totally in sync—which made capturing their love feel effortless. And speaking of love, we can’t forget about their two sweet pups, Roxie & Briggs! 🐾 These two absolutely stole the show (and our hearts). They were full of energy, tail wags, and the most picture-perfect moments—we seriously couldn’t get enough of them!

The evening was filled with laughter, snuggles, and more puppy kisses than we could count. Jess & Fil shared sweet glances and soft embraces that made our job so easy. It was a session full of warmth, joy, and so much anticipation for what’s to come.

We feel so incredibly honored to have documented this season of their story. There’s no doubt in our minds that their wedding day will be just as beautiful as their love—surrounded by the people (and pups!) they cherish most.
