A Regal Wedding at Historic King Mansion | Harrisburg, PA Wedding Photographer

Sarah and Ben’s story began nearly five years ago, sparked by a chance meeting orchestrated by their mutual friends at work. Sarah says “Who would have ever known that the love of my life was sitting a few desks away this whole time?” It wasn’t long before they were dating and madly in love. Check out their engagement session and read more about them and their story.

Sarah and Ben’s wedding day was a culmination of their love story, a day they envisioned to be elegant, timeless, and filled with European flair, exuding a touch of majestic regality. From the moment guests arrived at the grand Historic King Mansion, they were transported into a world of opulence and romance, surrounded by a color palette of ivory, black, gold/champagne, blue, and white, accentuated by lush greenery and exquisite topiaries.

The mansion’s grandeur provided the perfect backdrop for the day’s festivities. As guests entered, they were greeted by ornate blue and white vases filled with delicate blooms, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury. The air was scented with the fragrance of fresh flowers, adding to the enchantment of the occasion.

The ceremony space was nothing short of breathtaking. Sarah’s vision of a grand entrance down the aisle came to life as she walked gracefully towards Ben, her gown trailing behind her like a cascade of ivory and lace.

The vows exchanged between Sarah and Ben were heartfelt and sincere as witnesses looked on with admiration. After they were pronounced as partners for life, the newlyweds soon made their way to the reception area, where the true magic of the evening unfolded.

The reception hall was adorned with regal touches, from the golden and champagne accents on the tables to the majestic topiaries strategically placed around the room. Each detail was meticulously curated to reflect the couple’s vision of a European-inspired celebration filled with elegance and charm.

As the evening progressed, guests were treated to a feast fit for royalty, with culinary delights that delighted the senses. The dance floor beckoned, and Sarah and Ben’s first dance was nothing short of spectacular. The room seemed to hold its breath as they moved together, their love and connection palpable to everyone present.

Throughout the night, guests marveled at the beauty of the King Mansion and the thoughtfulness of every detail, from the elegant table settings to the romantic lighting that bathed the room in a warm glow. It was a celebration that left everyone in awe, a testament to Sarah and Ben’s love story and their desire to create a day that would be remembered as both majestic and deeply romantic.
