I was so happy to see this dear couple again after almost 8 months! It was great catching up during our time together at the wildflower field.

As we were talking, we wondered who planted the flowers. This wildflower field has attracted lots of photographers and selfie-takers from all over! Nikki messaged me this morning and found our answer… “Jay Garber, President & CEO of Garber Metrology, planted the field, which he owns. His firm, a weighing and calibration company, is just down the road.

The flowers replaced a small farm field as Garber prepared to expand a vineyard on the corner lot. He planted a variety of perennials and annuals to support polinators and mimic beautification projects along highways. You can read more in the Lancaster newspaper.” (Thanks, Nikki!)
