They have always been ‘just friends’ even though they both liked each other, but dating for them didn’t work out… yet. In their early 20s is when they really started considering dating each other. It didn’t take long for things to get serious, and finally Katie knew that Chris was the one for her!

With that said, they both knew that they really wanted to get married, but Chris wanted to finish his bachelor’s degree in computer science before he proposed to Katie. Katie always told him not to propose to her on her birthday or on a holiday, but he didn’t listen, and he ended up popping the question on Christmas Day of 2015! Katie says that she’s glad he didn’t listen and chose to do it then because that was the best Christmas gift and one of the best days of her life.

The happy couple finally became husband and wife on June 10, 2017 at the beautiful Lebanon Country Club. Their wedding day was just gorgeous! The weather was perfect, and I loved everything about their wedding including the intricate details in Katie’s dress, the flowers, the ceremony site, and how much fun their friends and families were!
